How long does shipping take?
Domestic courier delivery in Poland usually takes 1–2 business days; delivery to EU countries typically takes 2–6 business days (depending on the destination).
Can I get a discount for buying larger quantities?

OEM
I want to place an OEM order — where can I find details about this type of cooperation?
First, please review the OEM section on our website and then contact our sales team: sales@spectrumfilaments.com
What customisation options are available for OEM orders?
For OEM orders we can customise spool type, stickers/labels, packaging, colours and — in special cases — produce a customised material. For detailed information please contact our sales team: sales@spectrumfilaments.com
Can I order filaments under my own brand (white-label)?
Yes — we offer full white-label solutions, from neutral spools and boxes to packaging design matching your brand identity.
What are the minimum order quantities for OEM?
Minimum quantities vary depending on the type of order (colour, packaging customisation, special formulations). Please contact sales for precise information.
How long does an OEM order take?
Lead time depends on the scope of customisation and current production schedule. Standard OEM orders are usually completed within a few weeks; projects requiring a new material or colour may take longer.
Do you provide support for developing new colours or materials for OEM orders?
Yes — our specialists can formulate new materials or match colours from RAL, Pantone or physical samples supplied by the client.
Is the Verify Your Spool report available for OEM orders?
No — currently the Verify Your Spool system is not available for OEM orders. Nevertheless, filaments produced under OEM agreements undergo the same rigorous tests as those covered by Verify Your Spool.
Can I order OEM filaments in non-standard spool weights (e.g. 0.25 kg, 2.5 kg, 8 kg)?
Yes — we offer a variety of spool weights, from small reels to industrial sizes, according to client requirements.
3D Printing
What printing settings are recommended for Spectrum filaments?
Each product page in our shop contains recommended printing parameters for nozzle and bed temperature, as well as suggested print speeds. Settings can vary depending on the printer and environment, so we recommend running a few test prints.
Do Spectrum filaments require drying?
Yes — many materials (e.g. PA, TPU, PETG) are hygroscopic and can absorb moisture. We recommend storing filaments in a dry place and using filament dryers if needed.
I’m having trouble with first-layer adhesion — what can I do?
Make sure the print bed is level and clean. Using adhesives, PEI sheets or other adhesion surfaces can also help in some cases.
What should I do if a filament is not printing correctly?
Check your print parameters (temperature, speed, retraction), nozzle condition and filament moisture. If the issue persists, contact us at support@spectrumfilaments.com.
Do you offer technical assistance in selecting a material for a project?
Yes — our team will gladly advise on material selection based on the intended application, whether it’s a prototype, functional part or an aesthetic model.
Can I print Spectrum filaments on any 3D printer?
Most of our filaments are compatible with FDM/FFF printers. For advanced technical materials (e.g. PC CF, PPS), higher-temperature extruders and heated beds are required.
Do you provide support for industrial rollouts?
Yes — for OEM and B2B clients we offer bespoke consultancy, testing and technical support for production deployments.
