Spectrum PA6 Low Warp is an industrial-grade filament made from modified polycaprolactam (PA6), designed to reduce the typical warping and shrinkage associated with nylon-based materials. It offers extremely high mechanical strength, great impact resistance, and very good resistance to oils and lubricants. The formula includes self-lubricating additives, making it ideal for moving parts or components exposed to friction. Thanks to its excellent interlayer adhesion and low shrinkage rate of just 0.3%, users can produce large and precise prints without curling or edge lifting. In addition, it features electrical insulation properties and physiological inertness, extending its usability to technical and industrial applications. To ensure optimal printing quality, Spectrum PA6 Low Warp should be stored in dry conditions and pre-dried before use. This material is perfect for creating load-bearing elements, friction-based parts, and high-performance engineering tools.
