Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is a high-strength, engineering-grade filament based on PA6 (polyamide 6) reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. The carbon reinforcement significantly increases rigidity (over two times higher than unfilled PA6), while also improving tensile strength (up to 120 MPa) and wear resistance. The filament features an HDT (heat deflection temperature) of 180°C at 0.45 MPa, making it an excellent solution for high-temperature and high-load applications. The Low Warp formulation enhances flow and layer adhesion while drastically reducing warping and shrinkage, allowing for large-scale, accurate prints without requiring a heated chamber. Its matte, carbon-fiber finish provides a sleek aesthetic and hides layer lines effectively.
