Spectrum PA6 GK10 is an advanced engineering-grade filament based on polyamide 6 (PA6), enhanced with hollow glass microspheres. This innovative formulation improves stiffness and dimensional stability while significantly reducing the overall weight of the printed parts. Unlike carbon fiber-reinforced versions, PA6 GK10 is electrically insulating and less abrasive to printer nozzles, increasing print head longevity. The material features outstanding thermal properties—allowing continuous operation at 120°C (up to 20,000 hours) and short-term exposure to 160°C (up to 200 hours). Its low shrinkage (0.3–0.5%) and minimal water absorption (<0.3% in 24h) ensure precision and reliability even under thermal cycling and humid environments. Ideal for applications requiring high rigidity, chemical resistance to oils and lubricants, and good aging resistance. For best performance, it is recommended to dry the filament before use and store it in a dry, dark environment.
