PA6 CS20 FR V0

( number of products: 1 )

Spectrum PA6 CS20 FR V0 is a flame-retardant, ceramic-filled engineering filament with UL-94 V0 certification. Featuring ultra-low shrinkage (<0.1%), high thermal resistance (up to 160°C), low moisture absorption, and excellent electrical insulation, it’s ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring dimensional stability, fire safety, and mechanical strength—without needing a heated chamber.

Spectrum PA6 CS20 FR V0 is a high-performance engineering filament based on polyamide 6, enhanced with ceramic fillers and a halogen-free flame retardant to achieve UL-94 V0 flammability rating (≥0.4 mm). Engineered for applications requiring superior thermal stability and dimensional precision, it offers extremely low linear shrinkage (<0.1%) and excellent long- and short-term heat resistance—up to 120°C for 20,000 hours or 160°C for 200 hours. Additionally, PA6 CS20 FR V0 exhibits low moisture absorption (<0.3%), high mechanical strength, and outstanding electrical insulating properties, making it suitable for components in the electronics, rail (EN 45545 compliant), and automotive industries. Unlike traditional flame-resistant materials, this filament is easy to print on standard desktop 3D printers without a heated chamber. It is compatible with support materials like HIPS and PVOH, and the ceramic content requires the use of hardened steel or ruby nozzles larger than 0.4 mm to prevent wear during extended printing. Ideal for enclosures, brackets, covers, and structural parts exposed to heat or potential flame.
